Return/Refund/Exchange policy

At G Belt we take pride in our products, and we aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, let us know by writing to us at info@gbeltusa.com and indicate Return in the title of your email. In stock items are eligible for Exchange within 30 days of purchase. The returned items must be in new, in re-sellable condition and accompany with a proof of purchase. All sales are final on “FINAL SALE” labelled merchandise. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or in the form of store credit with an exchange for a same price item.

 

Return shipping cost

Shipping is always a customer’s expense on purchased and returned items, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

In addition, there is a $5 Return Processing, Handling and Restocking fee on all returns for refunds items (no charge for exchanged items).

We will provide return instructions and address by email for qualified items.

 

Product warranty

All G BELT products carry a 30-day warranty. Warranty is not applicable to purchases made via third party vendors. Proof of purchase will be required to proceed with warranty. We are happy to replace the item under warranty if that item is still available and in stock, however if the items is out of stock or currently unavailable, we will offer you a full refund for the amount you originally paid (less shipping) or offer you an alternative similar replacement item in stock.
